Julian has been practising in family law exclusively for over 17 years. He has completed a Master of Applied Law (family law), Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Arts (honours). His particular areas of interest include all property matters, parenting matters, matters under the Care and Protection of Children Act, and matters under the Domestic and Family Violence Act (NT). Julian has 2 teenagers and is familiar with the challenges of parenting. He also has a history of foster caring and was on the management committee which established what was originally Foster Care NT. Julian considers himself very practical and easy to relate to, he thoroughly enjoys his engagement with clients, participating in negotiations and mediations, and representing clients at court.
